5 Ways to wear your Simple Cardigan Vest

In my previous post I shared how to make this little number. This was a gift for a friend of mine and and I thought, why not do a post sharing how to wear it. To achieve these looks, you will need a belt or a waist tie as well as a safety pin or two for securing any tucked ends in place. Throw on a optional decorative pin or broach for an added accent!

1. The Basic

Just throw it on and let it do what it do!

2. The Tie Back

Simply take the two short ends and tie them behind your waist.

3. Asymmetric Cowl

Take one of the short ends and tuck it behind your neck. Secure it with a safety pin if desired. Can also add a decorative pin or broach as an accent

4. Wrap Shirt

Overlap the front pieces and tie with a belt or sash. Use a safety pin or two for added security.

5. Cowl Wrap Dress

Start with the Asymmetric wrap and then take the second short end and also tuck it behind your neck. Secure with a pin. Add your belt or waist tie. Make any final adjustments and you are done!
